Honey Sriracha Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Honey Sriracha Chicken Lettuce Wraps feature cubed chicken sautéed with shredded carrots, celery, and onion in a sauce made from honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic. The result is a mildly spicy and sweet filling served inside Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves providing crisp freshness and a handheld presentation.

Description

The recipe begins by heating olive oil in a skillet and cooking diced chicken pieces until they are entirely cooked through. Then shredded carrot, sliced celery, and diced onion are added along with honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and garlic to build a glaze. The mixture cooks until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables evenly.

This filling is then spooned into fresh lettuce leaves, creating light and flavorful wraps that balance savory-sweet-spicy notes with the crispness of Bibb or Boston lettuce. They can serve as appetizers, light lunches, or part of a larger meal.

Those following a Paleo diet can substitute coconut aminos for soy sauce in equal amounts to maintain flavor while avoiding soy.
