Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups powdered milk or instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cup mini marshmallows divided
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together powdered sugar, powdered milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. (You can also pulse them in a blender or food processor.)
- Divide the cocoa mix into two mason jars. Add ¾ cup mini marshmallows on top. Seal each jar with a lid.
- Tie the printable tag onto the jar using ribbon or twine.
- To make a cup of hot chocolate: Mix ¼ cup hot cocoa powder with ¾ cup warm milk or water. Sprinkle on a few mini marshmallows.
