Description
The Hot Chocolate Powder is prepared by sifting powdered milk, powdered sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder together, ensuring a smooth blend without lumps. Regular sugar is then mixed in thoroughly to balance sweetness. The dry mix can be stored airtight in a cool, dry place for up to three months, making it convenient for multiple future uses.
When ready to serve, one-third cup of the powder is dissolved in one cup of hot milk or water, stirred well to create a smooth, hot beverage. Adding toppings or extras is optional. The use of powdered milk makes this mix shelf-stable and quick to prepare without needing fresh ingredients each time.
The nutritional values for the prepared hot chocolate are calculated based on whole milk, but using water or non-dairy milk will alter that.

Instructions
