Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 ¾ cups Dutch process cocoa powder unsweetened
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until they are fully combined. Make sure that the marshmallow bits are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the mix into an airtight container until ready to use.
- Mix ½ cup of cocoa mix with 1 cup of warm whole milk and stir until no dry pockets remain.
