Ingredients

Servings
  • 8 ounces crab meat shredded, cooked
  • 12 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 ⅓ cups mozzarella cheese divided
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 tablespoon scallions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • lemon zest of 1
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, hot sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix using a hand mixer until well combined.
  4. Shred your crab meat, making sure there are no shells. I used the meat from my snow crab legs recipe, but you can use lump or jumbo crab meat if you’d like.
  5. Add the crab meat, ⅔ of the mozzarella cheese and scallions into the cream cheese dip mixture.
  6. Gently fold together, just until combined.
  7. Spread the mixture into a small casserole baking dish that’s been sprayed with non-stick spray.
  8. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and bake 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite Keto friendly crackers and raw veggies.
