Hot Fudge Sauce
Description
Hot Fudge Sauce is prepared by gently heating chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter together over medium heat while stirring constantly. This process melts the chocolate and emulsifies the ingredients into a glossy, thick sauce. The resulting texture is smooth and pourable once slightly cooled. The sauce offers a rich chocolate flavor highlighted by the sweetness and creaminess from the condensed milk and butter.
It can be stored in a sealed container and reheated briefly in the microwave before serving to regain its fluid consistency.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup butter unsalted
Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan, add all ingredients and stir.
- Heat oven medium heat stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir and let cool slightly.
- Add to jar or container with lid.
