  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chili crunch
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese grated sharp
  • 2 green onion thinly sliced
  • cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • salt kosher salt
  • black pepper kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and use an electric hand mixer (or a stand mixer) to blend it until creamy. Add in the mayo, hot honey and chili crunch, mixing until combined.
  2. Stir in the cheese, green onions, cilantro and lime juice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix to combine. Taste and season more if desired.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or even overnight. Serve with crackers, chips, pretzels, carrots or celery.
