  • 26 ounce frozen French fries crispy french fries, crispy, in bag
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons hot honey or more if you’d like
  • ¼ cup fresh herbs like cilantro, parsley and chives, chopped
  • black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the fries on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once or twice, until super crispy and crunchy.
  3. Remove the fries and sprinkle with the feta cheese. Return the pan to the oven for another 5 to 8 minutes, so the cheese warms.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven. Drizzle the fries with the hot honey and sprinkle with the herbs. Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Serve!
