Ingredients

  • cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • mayonnaise 1 cup
  • sour cream 1 cup
  • smoked Gouda cheese 2 cups, shredded
  • Bacon cooked, crumbled, 1 cup
  • green onion 1/2 cup, chopped
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • smoked paprika ½ teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup, grated
  • parsley fresh, chopped, for garnish
  • Cracker for serving
  • bread
  • vegetable stick

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
