Ingredients
- cream cheese 8 oz, softened
- mayonnaise 1 cup
- sour cream 1 cup
- smoked Gouda cheese 2 cups, shredded
- Bacon cooked, crumbled, 1 cup
- green onion 1/2 cup, chopped
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- smoked paprika ½ teaspoon
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup, grated
- parsley fresh, chopped, for garnish
- Cracker for serving

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
