Ingredients
- 1 .5 oz hominy canned
- ¼ cup water
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 trip Bacon crispy
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the can of hominy
- Pour all of the other ingredients into a medium sized saucepan over medium heat on the stove top.
- Heat saucepan till ingredients are heated through
- serve hot
Notes
- Hominy may be yellow or white. The yellow has a slightly stronger flavor. The difference is because of the type of corn used.
