With this easy method for how to cook frozen vegetables, you can take any bag of frozen vegetables from frozen to roasted perfection in just 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (16 oz) bag vegetables frozen
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the oil, salt and pepper. Add the frozen vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Spread the seasoned frozen vegetables onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

- This method works great with any frozen vegetables but my favorites are green beans, broccoli, cauliflower or okra.
