Got a bunch of green onions and can't use them all right away? Or want to have fresh green onions on hand at all time? Here's how to freeze green onions!

- green onions as much or as little as you want

Instructions
- Rinse your green onions and trim the top and the roots off.
- Pat dry the green onions.
- Slice the green onions into rounds or angled cuts. Alternatively, cut the green onions the same length as your container if you want to use them unsliced.
- Transfer them to a freezer safe containers or small freezer bags and then freeze.
- After 2-3 hours, give the sliced green onions a stir in the container so that they’re loose and aren’t frozen in a large block. Return to the freezer until ready for use.
