Ingredients

  • green onions as much or as little as you want

Instructions

  1. Rinse your green onions and trim the top and the roots off.
  2. Pat dry the green onions.
  3. Slice the green onions into rounds or angled cuts. Alternatively, cut the green onions the same length as your container if you want to use them unsliced.
  4. Transfer them to a freezer safe containers or small freezer bags and then freeze.
  5. After 2-3 hours, give the sliced green onions a stir in the container so that they’re loose and aren’t frozen in a large block. Return to the freezer until ready for use.
