Ingredients
- labneh (or Greek yogurt)
- cucumber sliced, Persian
- Pita crackers
- tahini dip or tzatziki, herb flavor
- dill for garnish, fresh
- radish quartered
- crackers seeded
- chili onion crisp (or olive oil with crushed red chili peppers and dried onions)
- cauliflower choose colorful if available, blanched florets
- feta cheese optional in place of the first two, or in addition to, whipped dip
- broccolini sauteed with garlic
- Greek yogurt optional in place of the first two, or in addition to, Caesar dip style
- celery (cut into sticks)
- carrot etc, more optional vegetables, colorful bell peppers
- bell pepper
- watermelon radish
Instructions
- Place the labneh, greek yogurt or dip of choice in a small shallow bowl as pictured in the illustration above in step 1.
- Arrange the produce as pictured in the illustration above in step 3.
- Add the crackers as pictured in the illustration above in step 4.
- Add the dips as pictured in the illustration above in step 5.
- Finish with garnish as pictured in step 6.
