How to Make a Meat and Cheese Tray

This Meat and Cheese Tray offers a simple, elegant way to serve assorted sliced deli meats and cheeses. Featuring ham, turkey, roast beef, cheddar, and swiss, arranged with green leaf lettuce garnish, it creates a visually appealing spread ideal for gatherings. The combination provides a mix of flavors and textures from savory meats to mild and sharp cheeses.

Description

The tray is prepared by folding or rolling 10 slices each of ham, turkey, and roast beef, stacking them spaced apart or arranged in a ring formation on a platter. Alongside the meats, 8 slices each of cheddar and swiss cheese are stacked, cut diagonally into triangles, and fanned out to display their shape and color. Green leaf lettuce adds a fresh, edible garnish around the edges and in empty spaces to balance the presentation.

This arrangement offers a convenient and attractive way to serve a variety of deli meats and cheeses without cooking. It pairs well with dinner rolls or bread, making it suitable for casual meals, buffets, or appetizer spreads. The tray allows easy selection and combination according to personal taste preferences.
