Ingredients
- 1 jumbo tortilla
- 3 tbsp cheese shredded
- 2-3 cheddar cheese slices
- celery cut horizontally into pieces
- carrot halved, baby
- black sesame seeds for eyes
- salsa optional for serving, fresh
- ranch dressing optional for serving
Instructions
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over a jumbo tortilla. Fold in half and cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes. If making in a skillet, you want the cheese to be melted and tortilla slightly golden.
- Using scissors or the edge of a small glass, make 4 circles. Cut out an oval shape. Place similar shapes of sliced cheddar cheese on top of each circle and oval; place back in air fryer and cook for 1-2 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Using the leftover tortilla pieces form the bunny’s ears, tail and feet. Use black sesame seeds for the eyes and pieces of carrots for the noses.
- Decorate with baby carrots sliced in half and celery; serve with fresh salsa and ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
