Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 corn on the cob whole
  • 2 tbsp/ 30g butter salted, melted

Serving:

  • butter salted (not optional, softened
  • parsley optional, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat BBQ (grill side) until very hot.
  2. Peel husk off the corn.
  3. Place corn on the BBQ (no oil required).
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes, until there's little charred bits and the kernels are tender when pierced with a knife, but still JUICY! Overcooked corn is shrivelled, dry and sad.
  5. In the last minute, brush with melted butter and roll around.
  6. Serve corn with softened butter, sprinkled with parsley if desired!

Notes

  • Corn - best to use fresh corn, but can also grill frozen corn!
