How to Make Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 avocado large
  • 1 red onion small dice, small
  • 2 tomato finely chopped, seeds can be removed (optional, medium
  • 1 jalapeño finely chopped
  • 3 garlic finely chopped or pressed, large cloves
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper cracked
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • lime juice of 1
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce Frank’s RedHot brand

Instructions

  1. Rinse, wash, and dry the tomatoes, jalapeno, lime, and cilantro.
  2. Chop ingredients as needed for the recipe.
  3. Add all the prepared ingredients to a large mixing bowl.  Mash till the avocado has reached your desired consistency.
  4. Adjust any seasoning to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl or dish and add extra chopped cilantro on top. 
  6. Serve with prepared fresh veggies, grilled pita bread, or tortilla chips! DELICIOUS!!
