  • 3/4 cup thick plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 mini or Persian Cucumber
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 3-5 leaves (fresh) mint
  • 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
