How To Reheat Pulled Pork In The Air Fryer

This method reheats pulled pork in an air fryer while maintaining moisture and flavor. By adding leftover pork stock and optional barbecue sauce during reheating, the pork stays tender and avoids drying out. The recipe shows a simple way to refresh leftovers, producing juicy pulled pork that pairs well with baked potatoes and corn.

Description

This recipe details reheating pulled pork using an air fryer, focusing on retaining moisture and enhancing flavor. Leftover pulled pork is placed in ramekins with a small amount of pork stock to prevent dryness. The air fryer cooks the pork at a moderate temperature, warming it thoroughly without overcooking. Draining excess liquid and adding barbecue sauce before serving provides additional taste and moisture.

The pork reheated in this manner should emerge tender, with a balance between juicy meat and the smoky-sweet character imparted by the barbecue sauce. Using the air fryer allows reheating without sogginess, giving a texture closer to freshly cooked pulled pork than microwave methods.

Serving this pulled pork alongside baked potatoes and corn makes a straightforward and filling meal. The reheating method works well for leftovers, making it suitable for meal prep or quick dinners.

The recipe notes recommend adding a little extra barbecue sauce just before serving to enhance flavor significantly.
