Iced Ginger Honey Lemon Tea
Description
The Iced Ginger Honey Lemon Tea begins by simmering fresh peeled ginger slices and lemon zest in water to extract essential oils and flavors, then steeping off heat to deepen the infusion without bitterness. Straining removes solids, leaving a clear, gently spiced liquid. Honey and lemon juice are added after cooling to preserve their flavors and natural sweetness. Served chilled over ice, the tea offers a smooth combination of warming ginger and fresh citrus tang. Garnishes like fresh mint and lemon slices enhance the aroma and presentation, making it visually appealing and aromatic. This beverage is both refreshing and soothing, ideal for consumption during warmer weather or when a mildly sweet, citrus-infused drink is desired.
