Iced Green Tea with Mint and Honey
Description
Iced Green Tea with Mint and Honey starts by steeping green tea bags and fresh mint sprigs in hot water, extracting delicate herbal and vegetal notes balanced by the bright aroma of mint. Honey dissolves into the warm infusion, adding a subtle sweetness without overpowering the tea's natural flavor.
The tea is then combined in a pitcher with ice and cold water to cool it quickly and dilute to a pleasant strength. Serving with additional fresh mint and lemon slices adds a fresh, citrusy contrast to the mild bitterness of green tea.
This iced tea is ideal as a refreshing beverage for any occasion and provides a flavorful alternative to sugary drinks. Its simple ingredients and straightforward preparation make it accessible for regular enjoyment.
