This Immune Boosting Very Berry Smoothie is filled with ingredients to help keep your body feeling healthy and ready to take on the day!

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 inch piece Turmeric fresh, peeled
- 1 date
- 1/4 cup yogurt I like to use Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries frozen
- 1 handful spinach fresh
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 2 teaspoons bee pollen
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons almonds soaked
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve!
Notes
- *walnuts can be substituted for almonds
