Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef lean
  • 1/2 cup onion white, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick Mix

  3. Add in the minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture on the bottom of the prepared pie plate. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk and eggs.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the middle of the pie is set and the top is golden brown. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean and feel hot. Serve immediately.
