Impossible Quiche

A quick and easy quiche recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs (lightly beaten)
- ½ cup plain flour (sifted)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated cheese (80 grams)
- 85 grams butter (melted) (⅓ cup)
- 1 small onion
- 125 grams bacon or ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Grease the pie dish and pre-heat oven to moderate (180 degrees celsius, fan-forced).
- Cook onion and bacon/ham in oil over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Mix together with all other ingredients (except chives) until combined.
- Pour into pie dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- Garnish with chives and serve hot or cold.
