In-N-Out Cheeseburgers

In-N-Out Cheeseburgers are made from lean ground beef mixed with grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning, shaped into thin patties. They are grilled and topped with American cheese, served on toasted seedless hamburger buns spread with a tangy secret sauce. The combination offers a classic burger with a mild, savory onion flavor and a creamy, slightly tangy sauce.

Description

The In-N-Out Cheeseburgers recipe blends lean ground beef with grated yellow onion, egg white, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and freshly ground black pepper, producing thin, flavorful patties that cook quickly on a grill or skillet. American cheese melted atop the patties adds creamy richness. Toasted seedless buns spread with a secret sauce made of mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle relish, mustard, and paprika complement the savory burgers. This assembly creates a balanced cheeseburger with moist, tender meat and a distinctive sauce that enhances the profile without overpowering the beef.

The burgers are completed with typical toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onion for added freshness and texture. Cooking each side for 3 to 5 minutes achieves a properly cooked patty without drying it out. To build the sandwich, the secret sauce coats the buns before adding the patties and fresh toppings, making a cohesive and tasty meal.
