Ingredients
Brownie Cake (makes 2 20x20cm – 8x8 inch cakes)
- 250 gms butter
- 270 gms dark chocolate 9.5 oz
- 120 gms all-purpose flour
- 50 gms cocoa powder ½ cup
- 4 egg
- 360 gms caster sugar 1 ½ cups
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache
- 300 gms dark chocolate 10.5 oz
- 150 ml heavy cream 2/3 cup
Decoration
- white fondant
- Smarties coloured
- Smarties mini coloured
