Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set the valve to the "Sealing" position. Select the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" setting and set the timer for 6 minutes.
  3. When the cooking time is up, carefully turn the valve to the "Venting" position for a quick release of pressure. Once the pin drops, it’s safe to open the lid.
  4. Use an immersion blender to blend the cooked apples to your preferred consistency.
  5. Taste the applesauce and stir in more cinnamon if desired.
