Instructions

  1. Add water to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  2. Add in the steaming rack. Prick the potatoes with a fork and then place them on the rack.
  3. Cover and seal the Instant Pot
  4. Select the steam programme, press the 'adjust' button until you get 12 mins and let cook till done.
  5. Allow the Instant Pot pressure to reduce naturally, this may take about 15 mins.
  6. Open, remove the potatoes and serve.

Notes

  • If potatoes vary in size, adjust Instant Pot cooking time: 10 minutes for small, 12 minutes for medium, and 20 minutes for large potatoes.
