Instant Pot Beef Curry Recipe

Report
This Instant Pot Beef Curry features chunks of beef cooked with onion, garlic, tomato sauce, beef broth, and a spice mix including yellow curry powder and garam masala. Cooked under pressure, it yields tender, flavorful meat in a rich and spiced curry sauce. Garnishes of fresh cilantro and chopped red onion add freshness and texture when served over rice.

Description

Instant Pot Beef Curry Recipe uses beef chunks cooked quickly under pressure with aromatic ingredients and spices. Yellow curry powder and garam masala provide robust, warm flavors characteristic of curry dishes. Garlic and onions build a savory base, while tomato sauce and beef broth form the cooking liquid that helps tenderize the meat and blend flavors. After pressure cooking for 25 minutes, the beef becomes tender and infused with the curry spices. Quick releasing the pressure preserves texture and prevents overcooking. The dish is served over rice for a hearty meal and garnished with fresh cilantro and chopped red onion to introduce brightness and crunch that contrast with the rich curry sauce.

Leftovers keep well refrigerated in an airtight container for up to five days, making this a convenient dish for meal preparation or later enjoyment.
