Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Legs Recipe
Description
Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Legs Recipe combines pressure cooking and broiling to create tender yet crispy chicken legs. The drumsticks are placed on a rack inside the Instant Pot over chicken broth, then seasoned with a dry ranch seasoning mix. After cooking under high pressure for 12 minutes with a natural release, the legs are sauced with buffalo sauce and broiled to develop a browned, slightly charred exterior. This two-step cooking ensures juicy meat beneath a bold-flavored skin.
The buffalo sauce delivers the recipe’s signature spiciness, while the ranch seasoning adds savory, herbaceous undertones. The cooking liquid and rack setup help keep the chicken elevated and evenly cooked inside the pressure cooker. This dish works well served as a main course, particularly at casual gatherings or game-day meals.
