  • **For super large chicken breasts add about 1 more minute. Chicken breasts should reach 165 degrees to be considered done. If the chicken has not reached this temperature, you can close and add 1 more minute to the instant pot.
  • **Feel free to add more or less chicken. You can add more chicken and you shouldn't have to increase the cooking time.
