Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Rice
Description
In this recipe, the rice is cooked under pressure with a combination of vegetable broth, water, and oil, yielding a tender and evenly cooked grain. The method uses the Instant Pot's Rice setting for precision and convenience. Once cooked and pressure is released, the rice is transferred to a bowl and gently fluffed to prevent clumping.
To finish, lime juice and zest introduce a bright, citrus dimension that complements the earthy, fresh chopped cilantro incorporated throughout. These ingredients balance the savory base of the broth and the mild flavor of the long grain rice, resulting in a versatile accompaniment for grilled meats, beans, or vegetarian dishes.
The use of the Instant Pot simplifies the process while maintaining flavor and texture, suitable for cooks seeking consistent results with minimal effort.
