Instant Pot Cranberry Butter is a perfect sweet and tart recipe that pairs beautifully with all of the holiday trimmings. Ready in minutes and simple to make, this is going to be a must-have at every holiday gathering.

Ingredients
- 6 C fresh cranberries
- 1/2 C brown sugar* packed
- 2 oranges
- water
Instructions
- Prep: zest the 2 oranges. Add the zest to the Instant Pot.
- Squeeze the juice of the 2 oranges into a measuring cup.
- Add water to the same measuring cup to equal 1 full cup of liquid.
- Set aside the Instant Pot. Add water, cranberries, and brown sugar to the instant pot.
- Mix well.
- Turn the Instant Pot to High Pressure. Set it for 10 minutes. Allow the Instant pot to cool completely. To release the built up steam use the quick release function.
- Add the cranberry-orange mixture to a food processor. Puree.
- Add to mason jars with lids.
- Put in the refrigerator to cool or until ready to serve.
- * You can increase the sugar to 1 cup if you want a sweeter taste.
