Instant Pot Frozen Meatballs Ingredients:
- 750 g frozen meatballs
- 400 g tinned tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tsp thyme
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Place the tinned tomatoes into the instant pot and add in seasonings and mix.
- Place frozen meatballs on top and don’t stir.
- Place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook for 8 minutes on manual/pressure cook.
- Manually release pressure when it beeps and serve.
Notes
- Mix and match for your favourite cooking sauce. You can swap the tinned tomatoes for barbecue sauce, spaghetti sauce or whatever your favourite meatball sauce is.
- You can also mix and match your meatballs. For example, chicken meatballs, turkey meatballs as an alternative to beef meatballs.
