  • 4 potatoes peeled and chopped into 1" pieces, Yukon gold or red variety
  • 1 lb carrot peeled and diced, bag
  • 1 oz tomato sauce canned
  • 1 oz tomato paste canned
  • 1 diced tomatoes canned
  • 3 cups beef broth low-sodium
  • 2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt if needed
  • 1 cups green peas frozen

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef In the instant pot on the saute setting.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
  3. Cover and set the valve to sealing.
  4. Set the pressure to 5 minutes.
  5. Do a quick release to remove the pressure.
  6. Stir to combine and serve.
