Instant Pot Hamburger Helper Recipe
Description
Instant Pot Hamburger Helper Recipe brings together ground beef, diced onion, and red bell pepper sautéed until tender, mingling with Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. The addition of crushed tomatoes, milk, beef broth, and elbow pasta creates a flavorful cooking liquid that cooks the pasta quickly under high pressure. When the pressure is released, stirring in shredded cheddar cheese melts it smoothly into the sauce, resulting in a creamy, cheesy casserole-like dish. The pasta absorbs the rich flavors, while the vegetables add subtle texture and freshness.
This dish is ready to serve immediately, making it a practical, warm meal suitable for family dinners. The hearty combination of protein, pasta, and cheese makes it filling without requiring complex preparation.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. It’s important to release the pressure promptly after cooking to keep the pasta from overcooking, preserving its texture. Stirring well after pressure release helps prevent sticking at the bottom of the pot.
