Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 6 large whole eggs
- ice and cold water

Instructions
- Place the pressure cooker on a solid surface such as the counter or stove.
- Place a trivet, basket or egg rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot liner.
- Add the 1 cup of water.
- Place eggs carefully into the basket or trivet, being careful not to crack them.
- Close lid and set the vent valve to sealing. Press manual high pressure and set the timer for 5 minutes. Allow the Intstant Pot to work its magic.
- Allow the pressure to natural pressure release for 5 minutes.
- Quick pressure release any remaining pressure after 5 minutes.
- Open the pot and place the eggs in a bowl of ice water.
- Allow the eggs to sit in ice water for 5 minutes. Then remove them, dry them and peel them.
- Serve eggs as desired. Store eggs in the fridge.
Notes
- We use large eggs, but this method should work well for medium eggs and extra large eggs, too.
