- 8 cups water approximately
- 1 tablespoon vinegar any kind

Instructions
- Place eggs in a single layer on the bottom of a large pot.
- Add water until the eggs are covered by one inch. This is usually about 8 cups in my pot, but the amount will vary depending on the size of your eggs and pot.
- Add the vinegar.
- Place the pot on the stovetop and bring to a rolling boil.
- Turn off heat and let sit, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Place eggs in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Once cooled, tap and roll gently to peel.
