- 1 tbsp vegetable oil such as canola or olive oil
- 3-4 lbs turkey breast skin-on, bone-in, 1.4-1.8 kg
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 medium yellow onion cooking variety, peeled and quartered
- 1 large carrot roughly chopped
- 3 talkes celery roughly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic peeled and left whole
- 5 tems parsley
- 2 tems rosemary
- 5-10 age leaves
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tsbp water cold
