Instant Pot Meatballs
Description
Instant Pot Meatballs combines frozen, cooked meatballs with jarred pasta sauce and water inside an Instant Pot. The water at the bottom prevents burning and helps create steam for even heating. After sealing the pot and pressure cooking for a short 4-minute cycle, the meatballs are warmed thoroughly while absorbing some flavor from the sauce. The quick release ensures the meatballs don't overcook and remain moist. The final step is to stir everything together to integrate the sauce and meatballs before serving. This straightforward technique is suited for using store-bought frozen meatballs and minimal clean-up.
Ingredients
- 2 lb meatball store-bought, frozen, cooked
- 844 grams pasta sauce jarred

- Add in the pasta sauce, no not stir.
- Place your lid on and set the valve to sealing and press the pressure cook button/manual button and set the timer to 4 minutes.
- Once completed, quick release and stir before serving.
