Instant Pot Meatloaf and Potatoes

For meatloaf mixture:

• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ pound ground pork sausage
• 2 talks celery finely diced
• 1 medium onion finely diced
• 1 green bell pepper top cut off and seeded, finely diced
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
• ½ teaspoon oregano
• ½ teaspoon thyme
• ¼ cup BBQ sauce
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
• 2 medium egg

For Potatoes:

• 3-4 medium russet potato with holes poked in them

For topping:

• ¼ cup barbecue sauce
