Instant Pot New Potatoes

Instant Pot New Potatoes. How to instant pot garlic new potatoes into a crispy taste sensation. Loaded with garlic, butter, extra virgin olive oil and Mediterranean seasonings, this is the best way to enjoy instant pot new potatoes.

  • Instant Pot
  • Air Fryer Crisplid
  • Mixing bowl

Instant Pot New Potatoes Ingredients:

  • 1 kg new potatoes
  • 2 Tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Place a cup of water into your instant pot inner pot. Add your trivet and load it with your new potatoes.
  2. Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 8 minutes on manual pressure.
  3. When it beeps remove the new potatoes in their trivet and drain the water from the bottom of the instant pot. Pour the potatoes from the trivet into a mixing bowl.
  4. Load the mixing bowl with the other ingredients and mix well.
  5. Load your trivet for the Crisplid into your instant pot and add the seasoned new potatoes.
  6. Place the Mealthy Crisplid on top of the Instant Pot and cook for a further 5 minutes at 220c/430f.
  7. Serve while still warm.

Notes

  • You can also cook more new potatoes at once and increase it to 1.5kg. If you do adjust the cooking time to 10 minutes instead of 8.
  • Because it cooks from the top, if you have a lot of new potatoes you will want to shake them halfway through so that the Crisplid will cook those on the bottom and not just those on the top.
