Description
The Instant Pot Rice recipe cooks well-rinsed jasmine rice with water in a pressure cooker, using a quick 3-minute high-pressure setting followed by natural release. This method steams the rice thoroughly, producing evenly cooked, fluffy grains with a delicate texture typical of jasmine rice. Ingredients
- 2 cups white jasmine rice well rinsed, uncooked
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Combine the rice and water in a 6-quart Instant Pot. Secure the lid and Pressure Cook on High for 3 minutes.
- Allow the Instant Pot to release pressure naturally. When the float valve drops, remove the lid.
