Ingredients

Instructions
- Add the wild rice blend to a strainer, and rinse it under water till the water runs clear.
- Transfer the rinsed wild rice blend to the steel insert of your Instant Pot.
- Add the water or broth for cooking the rice.
- Optionally, add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil to the pot. You can also add some salt to it according to your taste.
- Pressure cook for 20 minutes on High Pressure. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes. Then manually release any remaining pressure, and open the lid.
- Fluff the wild rice blend with fork and enjoy!
