  • 1/3 cup basil chopped, fresh leaves

Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Garnish:

  • balsamic glaze
