Italian Deli Flatbread Pizza Recipe

These Flatbread Pizzas bring the Italian Deli to your table. If you need an appetizer, lunch, light dinner or a quick snack, you'll love this!

Ingredients

  • 4 flatbread flat round
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded

Toppings

  • 8 lices salami
  • 10 pepperoni
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion sliced into half moon slices
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese mini balls
  • ½ cup red bell pepper roasted
  • ½ cup artichokes marinated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Cut the salami, slice the olives in half, slice the onion, and grab the pepperoni, mozzarella, artichokes, and red peppers.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce over the flatbreads, as evenly as possible. Go right to the edges. Add the mozzarella evenly over the top.

TOPPING

For the Salami Pizza

  1. Top with salami, red pepper artichokes and olives.

For the Pepperoni Pizza

  1. Top with Pepperoni, red onion and mozzarella balls

For “the Works”

  1. Add the salami, pepperoni, artichokes, red peppers, mozzarella balls, olives and onions

BAKING

  1. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the toppings are hot.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
