  • ½ cup rum coconut flavored
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup blue cura ao
  • edible glitter optional
  • 1 TB coconut cream optional
  • coconut flakes for rim of glass
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut for frozen recipe ONLY

Instructions

On the Rocks Recipe

  1. Dip rim of glass in coconut cream or corn syrup, then dip rim in coconut flakes. Allow to dry.
  2. Add rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and splash coconut cream to cocktail shaker with ice. If using edible glitter, add here too.
  3. Shake a few times to mix and chill, then strain into prepared glassware. You can pour over ice, or serve without ice as a martini.

Frozen Recipe

  1. Add ingredients to blender with 3-4 cups of ice.
  2. Blend until you have a slushy consistency, adding more ice if needed.
  3. Dip rim of glass in coconut cream or corn syrup, then dip rim in coconut flakes. Allow to dry.
  4. Pour into your prepared glass.
