Jalapeño Bacon Cheeseball

This Jalapeño Bacon Cheeseball blends softened cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, crispy bacon, green onions, and spices into a flavorful spreadable ball. Rolled in a coating of bacon, jalapeños, and pecans, it offers a creamy texture with crunchy, spicy, and smoky accents. Chilling before serving helps the flavors meld and the texture firm.

Description

The recipe mixes softened cream cheese with shredded cheddar, half the chopped jalapeños, half the cooked and chopped bacon, green onions, seasoning salt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cumin. This combination brings creamy, cheesy, savory, spicy, and smoky notes. After mixing, the cheese mixture is shaped into a ball and rolled in a mixture of the remaining bacon, jalapeños, and chopped pecans to create a textured exterior that complements the creamy center.

Covering and chilling the cheeseball allows it to set and for the flavors to meld, making it easier to slice or serve with crackers or vegetables. Leftovers can be stored refrigerated for three days. This cheeseball is suitable as an appetizer or party snack featuring a balance of creamy, spicy, nutty, and smoky flavors.
