  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese 1/2 8 ounce package, softened
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 jalapeños diced and de-seeded
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and generously coat a 9x5" bread pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and granulated sugar until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy.
  4. Fold in shredded cheese, jalapenos, green onions, and bacon pieces.
