Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 jalapeños seeded and diced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and diced jalapeños until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the dip is bubbling. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
